When you deliver video we prefer Prores 422 or .mp4.
Audio files preferably .wav or .aif but .mp3 works as well.
The audio of a offline video we like to receive as an OMF or AAF package.

TVC stands for Television Commercial.
A Preroll is an online commercial that’s played before the content starts that you are watching.
RC stands for Radio Commercial.
Online is a collection of diverse films like: explanation videos, manifests, testimonials, business presentations, instructionvidoes, etc.

Foley is the reproduction of sounds in the studio to amplify the experience of a video. It’s part of sound design, where the audio experience get’s optimised for the video.
Foley becomes good when the viewers don’t notice the sounds are changed, but have a richer experience of the content. Foley helps to amplify the feeling that you want to bring over with your content. For example, a horror movie isn’t scary anymore when the sound would be turned off. The sound creates the feeling.

Mastering is making the end audio mix ready for different speakers like computers, televisions, telephones, etc.
Mixing is adjusting the volumes of the different audio layers to blend them harmonically together. So it’s merging / mixing all the different audio layers together. The mix is so important for creating focus and a good audio experience. This is where the magic happens.

Buma/Stemra is a copyright organization for music publishers in The Netherlands. They represent their interests of all their members worldwide.
Music can be used for a diversity of options. Like banners, commercials, ringtones, digitale or physical cards, newsletters, a single, band performances, etc. For the use of most music you have to pay Buma. And Buma then pays the music creators. This system has been made by law for music and author rights. Most organisations are members of Buma and pay Buma automatically. With online music use there are more deals to be made with Buma in order to be able use the music.
